In the book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, by Dr. Joe Dispenza. He said; “To know yourself – you look at your beliefs about life, yourself & others. You are what you are, you are where you are, and you are who you are because of what you believe about yourself.
He also says that "The way to change your mind and in turn your beliefs is to move into a state of wonder, contemplation, possibility, reflection, or speculation by asking yourself some important questions.
