What do you do when you're anxious or nervous about something? Do you just sit with it or do you feel like you have to keep doing something to work out the anxiousness?

Maybe you try to escape it. Maybe you buffer through it.

I find it hard to sit with the in-between. I can deal with what it was or what it's going to be, but sometimes I struggle with the in-between of what it is and what it's going to be.
