Decreasing Sugar Withdrawals & Cravings

sugar Aug 23, 2022

Sugar withdrawal can be as bad as withdrawal from certain drugs or alcohol. It can take seven to fourteen days to feel "normal" again. However, if you can make it through the withdrawal period, without sugar, your outcome, especially for overall health will be amazing.

Right away you will have more energy, less brain fog and even less joint and body pain. Yes, quitting sugar can be that powerful!

Here are some ways to lessen the withdrawals and sugar cravings:

  • Increase your sweet vegetables like sweet potatoes or yams
  • Try to stay away from refined carbohydrates; white breads and white pastas. When consumed, these foods turn into sugar almost immediately
  • Increase your fiber intake
  • Increase your magnesium intake - (be sure to check with your Primary Care Provider before introducing any new vitamins/minerals)

Do you want to learn more about what it means to no longer allow sugar to have a hold on you? If so, join me for The Sugar Vice Workshop on Tuesday, September 6th from 11:00 - 12:00 pm CST.

I look forward to seeing you there.

Always...Take Care of You!

As a Functional Diagnostic Nutritional Practitioner, I run functional lab work to help identify HIDDEN stressors and dysfunctions that are downgrading health and creating or contributing toĀ Metabolic Chaosā„¢, which describes what's going on inside that is producing unwanted symptoms.

Once healing opportunities are identified through carefully selected labs and a thorough history, only then can individualized, time-honored natural protocols be recommended that will change how well the body functions. When improvements are made, true healing occurs.

I am opening up 5 coaching opportunities at the end of August, at the lowest cost possible.

I don't want you to miss this healing opportunity.
