WHAT YOU'LL LEARN.

Six modules that will help you understand the following:

  1. What emotional eating is and the difference between emotional and physical hunger. How we get stuck in the emotional eating loop and how similar it is to the habits we set up for ourselves. You will learn why now is the right time to address your emotional eating journey and identifying and owning your goal of getting beyond the emotional side of weight.
  2. You will learn how to own your story and how that story came to be, as well as the nuances that make up your story. You will also learn how your dieting history fits into your emotional eating journey and why most diets fail. We will work through your dysfunctional food habits and understand how your body image influences your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
  3. You will learn all about mindset and how your mindset is key to owning your eating story and getting beyond the emotional side of weight. You will learn all about those triggers that make you want to eat even when you are not hungry, and how to manage those triggers.
  4. You will learn about the food-mood connection and how emotions fit into your eating story. You will also learn the root causes of emotional cravings and what you can do to navigate and address those cravings.
  5. You will learn how to manage your emotional eating through self-empowerment and how to choose self-love and self-compassion over self-judgement.
  6. You will learn how to make the shift from stuck to freedom by tuning into your body. You will be provided with a self-healing toolbox that will help you on your journey to moving beyond the cycle of stuck. You will learn how to find nourishment beyond food and learn to lean into mindful eating, and finally loving yourself enough to take care of yourself.

I'M JACALYN.

I have spent my life as an emotional eater. I would often say that I am successful in every area of my life, but this emotional eating thing has a hold on me. Not any more. It's taken a lot of time, but I can honestly say that I no longer use food as a coping mechanism, or as an emotional crutch. I have finally found my peace and my voice.
