Wouldn't you love to hit your target of health?

Hitting your target of health means being in the best health that you could possibly be in.

Our bodies have a built-in self-regulating detoxification system. The liver takes care of the toxins in our bodies and breaks them down for normal portals of elimination: liver, kidney, lungs and intestines, skin, sweat, hair and/or saliva.

There are many substances that can compromise the removal of toxins in our bodies. These substances include antidepressants, antihistamines, hormonal birth control, trans fats (hydrogenated oils), nonsterodial anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), and a low-protein diet,

There are also certain nutrients that are required for proper detoxification. These nutrients include vitamins B2,B3, B12, C & E, minerals such as copper, magnesium, selenium, sulfur & zinc. Glutathione (amino acid), as well as beta carotene, lecithin, omega-3 & omega-6.

Being tested for leaky gut may be beneficial if you are suffering from digestive issues. Having leaky gut, or hyperpermeability can cause food sensitivities and food allergies. Digestive issues can be improved by consuming probiotic foods or a high-quality probiotic supplement.

The next area of focus is Immunity. Some symptoms of immune dysfunction include recurring colds or flu, chronic infections, slow wound healing, or unexplained fatigue. You can strengthen your immunity by eliminating sugar and other inflammatory foods from your diet.
