What Exactly Does A Personal Trainer Do?
Oct 29, 2024
I finally did it!
I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor!
It's a goal of mine that I have been putting off for a long time until this month.
So what does that mean for you? It means that I can focus more on the whole health of a person, not just nutrition. I can design workout programs that include flexibility, cardiovascular exercise and strength programs for individuals.
I'm super excited about it!
I'm not a huge fan of cardio, although I have completed six half marathons (that's a lot of cardio), but I love flexibility and strength training. There are so many good benefits for the body.
Did you know that on a regular basis you can burn approximately 2 calories per pound, but someone who has a lot of muscle mass can burn 6 calories per pound. Having muscle makes a huge difference.
My goal is to help you build some muscle!
In celebration of this new certification and because you have supported me on my Health Coach journey, I am offering FREE coaching programs to the first 5 people who schedule a 20-minute consultation with me.
All you have to do is click HERE to pick a day and time that works best for you.
Let's get busy building muscle!
Until Next Time...Take Care of You!
As a Functional Diagnostic Nutritional Practitioner, I run functional lab work to help identify HIDDEN stressors and dysfunctions that are downgrading health and creating or contributing toĀ Metabolic Chaosā„¢, which describes what's going on inside that is producing unwanted symptoms.
Once healing opportunities are identified through carefully selected labs and a thorough history, only then can individualized, time-honored natural protocols be recommended that will change how well the body functions. When improvements are made, true healing occurs.
I am opening up 5 coaching opportunities at the end of August, at the lowest cost possible.
I don't want you to miss this healing opportunity.
