This 7-day plan is intentionally simple, approachable, and not restrictive. It focuses on the core habits that help calm the digestive system, support motility, reduce bloating, and nourish the gut lining. 

No detox gimmicks. No starvation. Just foundational, supportive habits your gut will love.

I'll provide you with the following:

  • Daily Foundations: Actions that you will perform every day for 7 days. These actions will set you up for success.
  • Foods to Emphasize: These are foods that you will want to focus on for the entire 7 days.
  • Foods to Reduce: These are foods that you will reduce temporarily. These foods are common irritants, and removing them briefly helps calm the gut.
  • Optional Supportive Supplements: I'll share the top three supplements that are important for gut health, but should feel gentle on the system.
  • A Brief 2-3 Minute Video Each Morning for 7 days: Each day will include an important aspect of gut health to focus on, and a mini challenge or action item for that day.
  • An End-of-Week Reflection Video: This video will walk you through a couple of questions that will help you determine what worked, what didn't work and what you would like to make as a daily practice going forward.
